Eligibility for GVT. funded places
A.C.F.E., Adult Community
and Further Education is a state government funding body.
We are very pleased to be able to offer funded places courtesy of A.C.F.E.
To be eligible for these funded places you must comply with at least one
of the criteria listed below:
* Hold a health care card,
* Receive newstart allowance,
* Receive single parent pensions,
* Receive disability benefits.
Fees And Concessions
Term Fees
Class fees shall ordinarily be paid per term in advance.
Fees are due at least 2 working days prior to the commencement of the
class.
Partial Enrolment
Partial enrolment fees will be on a pro-rata basis.
If you will be absent for a portion of a term, credit will only be given
if you enrol in a subsequent term.
Discounts
Pensioners Discount available on courses marked with (PDA).
10% discount available to staff and Committee of Management.
G.S.T.
10% G.S.T. charge is included in the advertised cost of all activities that the ATO currently deems to be GST-applicable.
Class Cancellation
H.C.C. reserves the right to cancel classes which do not meet the required minimum number of participants enrolled by the enrolment cut-off date. A full refund will be given to enrollees in this instance.
Withdrawal of enrolment
More than one week prior to the commencement of the course, an administration fee of $5 will be charged.
Between one week and three working days prior to the commencement of the course, an administration fee of $10 will be charged.
Less than three days before the commencement of the course, no refund
will be given.
Credit towards enrolment in other programs may be given at the discretion
of the Co-ordinator.
