Gentle Exercise focuses on aerobic fitness but for older adults or those recovering from illness. The pace is set by the individual. Yoga is a wonderful discipline for core strength and well being. We offer all levels. The Stretch class will leave you feeling energized and free moving. The value of stretching cannot be overemphasized. Stretching is beneficial to everyone! Lastly there is Line-Dancing. Enjoyable, uplifting and a fun way to get you moving! |
